Lakshmi Rai did not need to look back. Adhinayakudu, opposite
Balakrishna, may not have given her a fillip in Tollywood, but she is
gearing up for the release of Shiva Thandavam, the
Vikram-Jagapathi-Anushka-Amy Jackson starrer.
But even Sandalwood is beckoning the Belgaum beauty, if one has to go
by what sources say.
"Post the release of Kalpana, the Kannada version of her Tamil-Telugu
hit Kanchana, Lakshmi Rai has been getting meaty roles in Kannada,
which is her mother tounge as well," sources say.
They add that the actress is happy that she is able to bag such offers
in her home industry. "But she is keen to make her presence felt in
Kollywood and Tollywood too," they say.
